I've noticed an intermittent problem where, upon powering-up the TV with the Harmony Link, sometimes the TV would indicate it was not receiving a signal. This can be rectified by by manually switching the Input to the one desired.
With the TV already powered on, one can switch between activities fluidly, and the correct TV input is always selected by the Link.
This appears to be caused by the following condition:
The Activity you were doing when you last powered the system OFF uses a different input (i.e.. HDMI 2) from the one desired when you power the system ON (i.e.. HDMI 1, Component 1, Antenna)
If the start-up Activity uses the same input as you were using when you last powered-off, the Activity starts as desired, with no additional action required.
Most larger modern TV sets seem to require a certain amount of time on power-up before they can accept commands. And without the ability to specify a Delay, the command changing the Input gets "lost" - meaning that the TV is still on the last-used input.
Hopefully Logitech will, at some point, allow users to set a Delay when creating or editing Activities. But until that point, keep this in mind if you sometimes find your TV set to the wrong input on start-up.

This is called the Power On Delay
In the old Software you were able to adjust this and other delays
Currently in MyHarmony you cannot
Contact support if you need this delay added

I too have this same issue and would like a resolution in the near future. I have an A/V Receiver that will not switch to the proper input if in standby due to the fact that there is not a long enough delay between the power on command and the input switch command.
-On a side note I would also like to see the ability to have custom remotes laid out for each device so that if there is a command you need to send you don't have to search for it or scroll down the list to find it every time just go to the custom remote for that device and hit the desired action. Then, swipe back to the activity remote.

With the Link you need to contact Harmony Support to adjust the Power On delay, in your case you need to have it increased.

The sad part is I have been dealing with this for a month, same problems listed above. I know it is a power on delay problem. However support insisted that I go into my Tv's settings and turn of Anynet. I did this and still it does not work when powering off from "Watching TV" (which uses HDMI2 input and then powering on "Watch a DVD" (which uses HDMI3). Not sure why you guys can't just put the functionality to change the "power on delay" into the software for the Harmony Link. It was in the software for the remotes and worked great. I wasn't even using Anynet to begin with. But just today the reply from support on my ticket was to go into the software and increase the delay time from 10 to 15 seconds. WELL I WOULD LOVE TO BUT YOU DIDN'T GIVE ME THAT FUNCIONALITY! I would have fixed myproblem 3 weeks ago if you did.
Either way I love the product I just wish someone would make the change I am requesting. I have tested this with the originaly remote. When my TV powers on it will not accept ANY commands for 10 seconds. It is what it is, I just need the input delay set to 15 seconds.
Am I explaining my problem wrong with support? Because I have explained it the way I have above 5 times now and everytime it is a new answer. The one I received today was close........ except that I can not change that setting in the software (or at least I do not see where I can change it because I looked).
If anyone has any suggestions for me I would greatly appreciate it, I don't know how to explain the situation to them any different. In my reply to them today I said " I can not change the power on delay in the software for the harmony link, it appears it has to be done on your end, could you please change the dealy to 15 seconds and let me know which steps I need to take to sync my Harmony Link". (meaning do I have to do a reset or just sync it).
Thanks for any and all suggestions
Sincerly,
Getting Very Frustrated
(however I think this is one of the coolest products out, just needs more of the same options I had with the old harmony remotes like changing power on delay!)
