TV Channel Listings

Can anyone help?  I've tried tech support but they didn't give any answers after 1.5 hrs on the phone.

I get everything setup on the Link and the app on my IPad.  The only problem I have is that when I chose my local TV cable company it doesn't bring up any listings at all nor do I get any errors.  I put my zip code in and it shows all local tv companies.  If I choose the one on the other side of town the listings work.  If I choose the one I'm on, the listings are blank.  Nothing comes up.  The tech I talked to couldn't tell me where the listings are coming from so I couldn't check them manually.

Then the tech finally told me that they don't support software.  I explained that the app was the only way to use the Link remote but that didn't help.  Still no listings which really aggravates me.  The remote part of it works great on all my devices but the listings are what I really wanted and need.  I've already got an older Harmony remote that controls everything so the listings is the only reason I bought it.

Sorry about the rambling on, I'm aggravated........

Any help would really be appreciated!

Re: TV Channel Listings

Do the Channels differ from other side of town?

If not there is no reason not to use that setup

Yes, the channels are totally different.  Separate companies.

Re: TV Channel Listings

Re: TV Channel Listings

I don't know what happened but they are there this morning.  That's weird......

If anyone else has this problem just give it 24 hours before you start calling tech support.  It won't do any good anyway.

Now they are gone again.  This is really strange, I can't figure out what's going on.

Re: TV Channel Listings

Have you figured out what the problem was regarding your local channels? My HarmonyLink is working great; however, I am unable to receive any local channels. Any help from your experience would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there is anyone else who has had to deal with this problem, their input would be appreciated. Thanks!
