The Link is definitely a flawed product. RECALL!

All over the web Link owners are complaining about how it constantly "disconnects." Yes, I've followed all the guides posted here by Logitech to reset the link, and re-sync. In fact, I've done that now a dozen times, and it has gotten to the point that my Link has to be unplugged and reset several times a day. This is unacceptable.

In addition to this huge problem, the apps have received no updates in a while, they're incomplete...the iPad app especially has many problems, and crashes often...sigh.

I certainly hope LOGITECH reads all these comments. It's clear they have to do something about it. Tons of unsatisfied customers - Unacceptable if you ask me.

Yes, the way they are handling the product and customers is tarnishing their image.  Before I assumed their products were rock solid without question.  Now I will always look at the reviews for logitech items before buying.

The funny thing is to keep customers appeased would cost them almost nothing.  It seems the biggest gripe from people here is we are asking Logitech to acknowledge the problems and to provide a roadmap and date estimation of when the fixes will come out.  Keeping people in the dark about releases just stirs the pot and makes customers feel ignored.  There is a Manager at Logitech who needs to have some customer relationship management retraining.

One more thing, from the amout of time between releases, it looks like they are using waterfall development methodology.  They need to switch to Agile development.  Customers will appreciate the weekly/monthly incremental improvements rather than the big bang releases once every 3-6 months.
