Hey all,
I was looking to replace my old gaming headset and stumbled across the Logitech G930, which has really sparked my interest. However, I have a few reservations before I decide to buy one.
First, I have a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Sound Card and I was wondering if there could be a potential driver conflict since I would be installing drivers for the Logitech G930. I realize that the head set is USB and wouldn't utilize my sound card, but that is fine with me.
Secondly, if there is no driver conflict and the Logitech G930 operates on its own, has anyone had any other problems with compatibility with their systems, such as other 2.4 Ghz items being the room or a software conflict of some kind?
If you guys could let me know, that would be great.
Thanks,

Having the same card, Titanium version, you will have no problems. It will show up as another device in your Control Panel to choose from. Once you connect the USB dongle, it becomes your current device.
Games, such as Lord of the Rings Online, you will need to specify in game the 930's for input and output.
When done, remove the USB dongle, so the base can recharge your phones. Doing so, removes the 930's as your current device.
One poster said they needed to turn off a backup router. One other said it didn't work with their IP phone.
Try it, if you like it, take it back ASAP if you don't. You will know right away if it is for you. I tried it on as soon as I got to my car. You just know when you put it on.

when the G930 works, it's really nice and shiny ^^...maybe you're lucky; maybe you get some bugs...some users tried to spend thoughts for a list:
