and am having the same problem. I think it might only occur with my MacBook Pro and not my iMac. I can't confirm while I am on travel.

Is this only a Logitech headset problem? Does anybody know if a different manufacturer's headset would work better?

I hate to waste the money, and think it's too late to return this now in my country of purchase, because I've been using it for several months with my iMac with no problem. (sigh)
