Hello,

I just purchased a brand new H800 headset and I liked the feature of being able to bluetooth to my two phones AND to my computer. Well, with the mini usb bluetooth transmitter that comes with the headset, I am able to connect to the headset. My problem arises now that I want to try and connect the headset to a Motorola Milestone X and/or a Motorola i465 bluetooth enabled phone, it will not even show up as a device that I can select. I do have my bluetooth turned on for both phones. I have tested it with another bluetooth earpiece (BlueAnt) and the two phones can see and connect to it, no problem, they can also see each other on bluetooth, so I know my bluetooth is working on each phone. The light on the headset when I slide it to bluetooth is always blinking green, so im guessings its waiting to be found. It just doesn't want to show up on any of my devices? I have also powered off the headsets and my phones multiple times to see if that would help. I've done a few bluetooth devices before but I can't figure this one out! Any help appreciated!

Hello SamiSun,

Are you following the pairing instructions via Bluetooth? Also I would make sure those phone have support for the Bluetooth audio (A2DP).

Thank you! I needed to hold the next and up volume key longer than what i was previously..like 15 seconds then it went in to the rapid blink..
