My logitech clearchat comfort USB headset has been working fine for 3 months and today i accepted a call from a friend on skype... during a call where the headset and microphone were working properly and people could hear me. and sudenly it stopped working
i have tried restarting, reinstalling, different USB ports back and front and cannot get it to work at all. Win 7 picks up the microphone driver and installs it but it wont pickup my voice no matter what
and yes it's not muted
what is wrong?

It sounds like the microphone is defective, would it be possible to test the headset on a second computer for the same problem? That would verify it.
If that is the case please contact customer care in your region for a warranty inquiry.
