Clearchat Stereo Headset Wireless dont show up in driver-menu

I just bought the Logitech Stereo Wireless Headset and it perfectly fits my needs,

But when i go to the control panel in my drivers there is neither a tab for the speakers nor the microphone.

Therefore i must use the built-in windows 7 settingss.

They aren´t as many options in them compared to the driver settings.

Is there any solution so i can use my realtek drivers to configure the headset?

Re: Clearchat Stereo Headset Wireless dont show up in driver-menu

Hi arough,

Can you please clarify which headset you have? Is it the Logitech Clearchat PC Wireless? There should be a M/N part number somewhere on the headset to identify it.

If the headset is USB, then it does not use your soundcard, it will use Windows USB Audio drivers and unfortuantely you're limited to the configuration in Windows settings. If you want to use your sound card you would need a headset with the 3.5mm analog plugs.

Re: Clearchat Stereo Headset Wireless dont show up in driver-menu

Hi,

Yes the Headset is wireless and the M/N is: 00006.

How the hack am i supposed to configure the headset appropriatly with only using the Windows-drivers?

If there is no possibility to use my soundcard-drivers the headset goes right back to Amazon.
