I just purchased this headset a few days ago and it works and sounds great except I cannot hear voices in games very well. I can hear whispers of voices in game and when I try to use the chat roller it just increases the static. This problem is occuring on the PS3 and Xbox360. Any ideas?

If you bought them a few days ago, just be glad they're still somewhat working. Their lifespan is 24 hours.

Does this problem occur within different games? If so, please contact Customer Support in your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.
