This worked for me.

And I will also support the theory that the latest flash update broke it. I got home today, installed the latest flash update and then started freaking out as my G35's stopped working properly.

Popping in to say I am having this problem as well. I followed Tic101 and now sound is working in both ears. Hope they get this patched up. Thanks Tic101.

Same problem here. Yesterday all was fine, today this problem appear. This **bleep**. An headhset which cost 140 euro can't have a problem like this.
I hope logitech fix this problem fast.

The fix doesn't work for me (At least, not completely, it's not as bad but it's not sounding how it's supposed to.). And it happened after the Flash update for me too.

Worked for me. I was freaking out because WinAMP, WoW, Diablo 3 and VLC wouldn't have the issue, only Chrome and FF when using Flash. Thanks for proving once again that Adobe Flash deserves to die.

Ah thank you,  It worked for me.

Also some games also works now, like Diablo3, BFBC2, and some other games were i got only some gunshot/other sounds in the right ear.

Meh this is lame, I shouldn't have to even attempt to try to apply this user fix. How could a huge issue like this even happen?

I have the same problem, I have a G35, win7 64bit SP1 up to date.

Where's the update on fixing this problem? Logitech really needs to communicate more with it's customers...

ugh. Combine this problem WITH the bass issue and I can see someone easily returning these or getting them replaced.
