Wow! How dissapointing!! 
I run a G13 Gamepad. I recently bought a G930 and cannot get this working properly?
After researching the issue it appears that it has been lurking for over a year now and other users have exactly the same problem.
Logitech, can you please advise me on a course of action you are taking to resolve this and when this will be addressed?
