I just bought Logitech G330 Headset and i cant get mic to work. When i connected the headphones my laptop nothing worked and nothing happened, then i tried connecting them with the adaptor and now everything looks like its working in the sounds section, but when i speak the sound bar dont go up and when i talk on skype no1 can hear me. I tried putting the sound level thing up and messed around with those things in sound section and nothing seems to make my mic work even though it says its connected and everything is fine. And no , my mic isnt muted.

What is you operating system? You may need to choose your recording device in the operating system. If possible please try the G330 on a different computer.

I have a similar problem. Headset was working great, till yesterday. Now headphones work fine, but mic doesn't seem to work when it's plugged in the 3.5mm. When plugging in USB, it works so-so, and the sound is terrible (as my friends on Skype say), because of the high noise rate.

I've tried my headset on two other laptops, the result was the same.
