Don't get me wrong, I like these headphones, but the base volume is rather low.

Under normal circumstances, I have to have the system volume set to at least 1/2 full to be able to hear anything and usually at 2/3 or more for game sounds to come through well(this is with Wave maxed)

This is through the USB adapter by the way.  If I hook it up through the standard headphone jack then it gets much louder(system/wave set to 1/3 excpet when one game cranks Wave up to 80-90%)
