G35 G Keys Don't Work

Exactly what the title says. I can't program the G Keys for any application, i.e. BF2, BF2142, BF3, even iTunes.

Logitech, please provide me with the previous software or I'm buying a Razor brand headset.

Re: G35 G Keys Don't Work

Hello seekandstroy,

Do the G-Keys work in Windows Media player?

You can download the older version of software here:

32 Bit

64 Bit

Kind Regards,

Thanks for the software. No, they didn't work at all, not even Windows Media Player

You can go into the newer program and look along the top to find to find the profiles that are available (games and media software).  Right click on any of those, and choose Test Profile (or something similar).  You should get a square popup blank screen.  Try pressing buttons, and you should see the actions noted on the popup.  This means that your buttons are working.  If your buttons aren't working, you might see about repair/replacement, but if this indicates that your button ARE working, you should uninstall the newer software and install that earlier software.  My headset was doing the same thing, and the replacement of the software did the trick.

Click on the profile and hit the little arrow in the bottem right hand corner of the thumbnail then tick "Set as persistent" That will allow those key presses to work on any program that is active.
