Hello! I've been trying for three days to download the software for my G35/Windows7/32bit but the site won't open after I click "Download Software"( logitech-viva.navisiteDOTnet)
Could someone post an alternative link or tell me if it's just a problem on my end? Thanks

Your not alone, I've been trying to download the software for 2 days. Computer appears to recognize "download" as a link but nothing happens.

Thanks for the input but that is the same page and I get the same results.I have looked at my settings and there isn't anything I can find on my side to cause this issue. I've also downloaded files from 2 other sites in the last couple of days and had no problems. Perplexing
Ron

Ok, tried the download on another computer that I have and "no problem". The computer is running WinXP and the download went without a hitch. My conclusion is that there is something going on within Win7 settings. I checked for any programs that might block the download but nothing there.

Hello,
If you are using Internet Explorer 9, to download your software set IE9 to "compatibility view" mode in the Tools menu. You can also install "auto detect". This is option #1 on the Support home page. Possibly the easiest solution is to try a different browser, such as Chrome or FireFox.
Best Regards,

Thank You , I've seldom had to use "compatibility view" and forgotten all about it. It worked fine

Hi, I'm the original poster by the way. I was using Firefox 9 before and I still can't with Opera and IE by the way. I am using Windows 7 by the way.
