Hey all. Not sure if I just got lucky or if this will work for everyone, but my G-keys are now working.
I went into Winamp's global hotkey settings, and added the actions I wanted to the list, using the actual G-keys for the hotkey box.

So I got this working with no need to interact with any options. This was with win7 64 bit.
Right click logitech gaming software go to compatability tab, select run as administrator.
Right click winamp go to compatiblity tab, select run as admin.
Should be enough.
TLDR: run both apps as an admin

Make sure you have Winamps Global Hotkeys enabled. That's how I fixed mine not working.
Go to the winamp menu->Options->Preferences. Global Hotkeys should be in there, make sure that enabled is checked, and that in the list of actions there is "Playback: Play/Pause" w/ the hotkey of "Play/Pause", "Playback: Next in playlist" with the hotkey of "Next Track" , and "Playback: Previous in playlist" with the hotkey of "Previous Track".
