I thought you'd like to know that this is one customer who will not be buying any more of your headphones. I bought a pair of G35s and the comfort and sound quality were great but after about three months of use they broke at the swivel point for the earpiece. I replaced them with a new pair and guess what? After two month's use they did the same thing. And no, I wasn't abusing them, this was with normal routine use by an adult user who is the sole user of the computer and headphones.
I'm going out today to buy a new set of headphones but not from you. Let me know if you fix the weak point in your design and I may consider your products in future.

The G35 headset does come with a two year warranty. If your headset is falling apart, I would suggest contacting Customer Care for your region for a warranty replacement.
