Re: G35 headset volume

With the advent of the Internet, word of mouth makes and breaks companies.

A good company that treats it's customers well like Logitech, will thrive in this

kind of high speed information world.

Re: G35 headset volume

Oh yeah, my ears are very big, they just dont fit inside the G35 phones lol (Im kidding ok, my ears are very small indeed =P)

hey Im very old, 22...but yeah, I indeed use one third of the volume (sometimes half of it but not for much time...I feel the sound is kinda high and turn it down again). Man, or u r all kinda dumb or u like to listen to music in very high volumes and just don't care about hearing health =P

The way you talk is that of a child who has to seperate himself from others through insults to make themselves feel powerful,

it's the act of one who is young of age, immature of mind, and short on wisdom.

You do no one else injustice but yourself speaking to people in such a way.

Please consider thinking before posting, your negativity is not needed here, thank you.

Agreed.

The volume is horrible with most average mp3s that were ripped/encoded by others at an average bitrate. I have mp3s that play much lower than the new purchased ( higher quality 256) ones on itunes. However to compensate for this all I usually do is turn up the volume on my z-5500's normally. But with the g35s you can't do this, the volume is capped pretty low. The max volume for these types of tracks is also filled with empty noise at top volume, kinda like you need a noise reduction setting. You also can't use equalizer's for this issue because then the sound is static filled and is even more of a decrease in performance. It's obviously a serious issue with alot of people, maybe some people disagreeing wih this have better quality music or purchased a different batch of the headphones that have improved, I really have no idea.

Re: G35 headset volume

Whoa man...Im not kidding nor trying to be better than anyone. Im just telling you all the TRUTH only the truth. I actually only use one third of the volume of the G35, and what is the problem? Should I lie that the volume is too low? Should I use it at full volume without my will and be annoyed and resist to the pain of such a high volume? I just don't understand what is your point...perhaps the differences between our cultures makes you missunderstand me..

Re: G35 headset volume

No offense Sinart, but I am in my third year of college working on my computer science degree. I have no issues installing software or troubleshooting for that matter. The volume on my G35 is not what it should be. I am not sure If you have a newer headset or what... but, when listening to Windows Media Player or any of the various DVD players, the volume is extremely low. When playing L4D or Halo, the volume is mediocre.. I am quite sure that the 50-60 people that I have seen post complaints from are not all hard of hearing. Hopefully, Logitech is still working on this.. It would be nice to have some sort of confirmation from Logitech that this is still being looked into or a patch made..
