Ok so first off, I have the newest version of LGS (which currently has a g510/13 on it) and I just recieved a used G930 through ebay. I figured it would just be plugged in & play, recognized and able to configure automatically. But I was horribly mistaken.

Windows 7 makes no notification that the headset is even being plugged in unlike all other usb devices

So that made me curious because the headset is lighting up etc when it is plugged in

Sorry if I missed a thread adressing this issue but ive been looking and with no success, and its making me very irritated..

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When the headset is turned on, what is the light next to the power button, and the light on the USB receiver doing?

Hello thanks for the quick reply.. The usb reciever was not lighting up but the headset lighting would be on.. After 3-4 hours of non stop trying to fix it, it magically got recognized when turned on the pc this morning

I can now use the product, hopefully there is nothing to add to faults on this headset atleast there is none yet so far for me. (:
