G930 Issue

Hello, I've had my G930 headset for a while now(5-7 months) and I'm having some charging problems.
Around my 6th month of use,my charging base wire(the one that plugs into the headset) ripped so I couldn't charge my headset from there, so I had to get my cellphone charger to charge it. I didn't mind doing this, I would occasionally have problems getting it to charge(plugging it into different outlets all over my house) but I would still get it to charge. Now it won't charge at all, it works perfectly but it just won't charge at all. I don't know what the issue is, whether it's a battery problem or something else. I know it's not the charger because it works fine with my phone and I've tried other chargers as well. I would contact support but I need my PID and it's barely visible on my headset now.
