G930 Microphone won't stay up or at any position but down

Hello All,

My brand new G930 headset's mic won't stay up. It just falls back down. In fact, it won't stay in any position but all the way down. Almost makes it pointless that it even moves.

 

Is this by design? or is my unit flawed?

Hi brettnem,

 

The G930 mic should definitely stay up on its own. This would be a flaw on the unit.
