So I have a problem with my G930 USB receiver. When I originally got my headset I noticed the plug itself was loose in the case. Just a few days ago it completely stopped working and I noticed that the case came open. I'm not really sure what to do... Someone linked me to buying a replacement but it was in the American store, I am from Canada, and couldn't find in the Canada store.
Any idea of what to do? I am getting really upset that this awesome headset has turned into a paper weight
