G930 lights/Led not working

Hi there, my new G930's leds seem to have stopped working, both the power and the mute. Is there any way I can fix this?

Hello pltan75:

 

It seems that if the LED's will not come on there might be something a little more involved then we can handle. What I suggest is that you contact the Customer Car Centre within your region. There might be something they can help you with.

My G930's leds have stopped working as well. The mute power and charging leds arent working, but  when I push the mic back the mute led dimmly blinks a few times. Any thoughts or ideas?

I'm having the exact same problem, the worst thing is this headset is a  brand new REPLACEMENT for the previous faulty headset. Worked fine at the start but everythign failed after the very first recharge. I'm not at all impressed!

Yea mine just started doing this too, I bought it a month ago. its kind of disappointing the amount of money you pay for it it should work
