I've bought a H330 USB Headset for my desktop using Windows 7 x64 (French)
At the beginning, all worked fine (using the MS USB audio device driver by default)
After a few days without doing anything, windows 7 reports unkonwn device with specicif error 43
i have also another desktop with Windows 7 32-bit. it seems to work on specific USB ports from the mainboard (not all ... strange)
I try all my 8 usb port on my windows 7 64-bit : nothing to ! (cpu is an intel quadcore 8400 + mb gigabyte x48)
Help ! i'm sure that's not a Microsoft Driver problem ! (for your information, i'm a MCSE : i know very well this OS !)
Thanks for your feedback
Cheers,
MEPHIVIO

I`m using Win 64 bits and guess?
NOT WORKING too.
Logitech doesn't provide any documentation and every time I need to make the headset work I need to remove my MIcrosoft bluetooth Mouse/keyboard then reconnect, otherwise the headset doesn't work.
Even after that if I touch on the connector the device is disconnected.
After all that the last question I can made to myself is, Why I didn't bought an Microsoft headset instead of this crap from Logitech.
