H390 Headset Drivers aren't working

So Today when I plug in the headset I can't hear a thing most of the time. I've tried audio troubleshooting. Uninstalling & reinstalling the driver. Nothing works it's not reconized anymore. It's really fustrating. I've tried it all and when It has still half way working, for some reason the sound bar for my latop & headset showed at the same time which is strange. I've also tried different ports and still no avail. I can't try a different pc since I have nothing else.

 

Edit - Sometimes it works sometimes it just fails on me when I need it the most.

Hi AndyPham,

 

Our Logitech USB Headset H390 is a plug and play device. It uses just the native driver of the operating system so no special set up is needed. It's likely to be a hardware failure. The Logitech USB Headset H390 has a two year limited hardware warranty. I suggest you contact the Logitech Support Team of your region for a warranty claim.

Would I need the reciept. I pretty sure that was thrown away by my mom ages when it was brought

I have two brand new out of the box headsets, and Windows will not find a driver for either.. I contacted customer support on the 1st one, yet they made me jump through hoops only to tell me my brand new device was not covered under warranty. Logitech has only replaced one item I have ever bought and had problems with my entire life, and I have bought nothing but Logitech during this time. {inappropriate content removed}!
