H390 Headset is not being recognized by laptop anymore

Hello,

My Logitech H390 headset is not being recognized by my laptop anymore. Nothing has changed on my laptop (no updates or something like that). I tried several of the suggested solutions on this forum. I uninstalled the USB ports and other devices are still working in all the USB ports on my laptop. I tried the headset in a different laptop and the same error has been given. Both laptops still don't recognized my Logitech headset anymore.

Any other suggestions I can try?

Hello msvdh,

The Logitech USB Headset H390 is a plug and play device. It uses just the native driver of the operating system so no special set up is needed. It's likely a hardware failure. The Logitech USB Headset H390 has a two year limited hardware warranty. I suggest you contact the Logitech Support Team of your region for a warranty claim.

Re: H390 Headset is not being recognized by laptop anymore

Hi,

By browsing through the support pages here, I can see that a lot of people are having this exact same problem with their H390 headsets. That also includes me.

Is there any option for those of us who bought our headsets more than two years ago now that this seems to be a very common unintended hardware failure?

Best,

Niels
