Hi,

I recently purchased a refurbished USB H530 headset and I'm using it with a MacBook Pro (Mac OS X 10.7.3) or a PowerMac G4 (Mac OS X 10.5.8). It works fine for about a minute, then about every other second the input and output switches to other audio devices, then back again. A USB C-Media headset works on both devices with any problem, as well as a USB Logitech G330 audio adapter. I suspect there os a problem with the H530. Any other ideas, or can anyone confirm a similar issue?

Since this is happening on 2 different systems it indicate an issue with the headset. Please contact Logitech Customer Care for your region to discuss available options.
