H600 Doesn't Charge!

Hello!
I recently had a live chat with a logitech represenitive about my headset not charging. When i plug it into the computer, it just wouldn't charge, now the battery is dead so i can't even turn it on. Anyways, the rep. sent out a replacment USB charging cord, but when i plug it into my computer, still nothing!

Thanks.

Re: H600 Doesn't Charge!

I'm having the same issue, hence I found your post.

I've plugged it in overnight on 3 different USB cords, including the one provided with the headset, both with the power switch on and off.  The charging light is solid orange when I plug it in with the switch in the off position, but the headset never comes on when I try to turn it on.

Worked great for 2 weeks, now its dead?  Someone suggest something besides another USB cord or tossing the headphones and staying away from Logitech.

Re: H600 Doesn't Charge!

Hello Gr3yD0N,

Since you have tried two different cables with your headset and neither of them charge it, I would suggest trying to charge your headset using a different USB port, or computer.  If your headset will still not charge, I would suggest contacting customer care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.

I hope this helps you out.

Re: H600 Doesn't Charge!

Hello meffertf,

If you are able to, please test your headset connected to a different USP port, or a different computer.  There could be a power limitation in your USB ports.  If your headset will still not charge, I would suggest contacting customer care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.

I hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,

Same problem here.  Different cable, different usb port, different cable on a different computer.

 Still not charging.

Re: H600 Doesn't Charge!

Add me to the list of H600s that wont charge! Different cables and chargers tried - even a trusty Blackberry charger, so its not limitation of power from the charger.

Mines 4 months old.

Re: H600 Doesn't Charge!

Thanks for your advice.  I too have had the same problem.  I've tried charging my H600 with different USB charges including the original and nothing happens.

What should I do next?
