Hello,

I have bought a new H800, its working using the USB cable, working with my Phone (Galaxy S2) but when i try to use using the nano receiver i don't know what's exactly wrong.

When i connect the nano receiver i just hear the usb sound but nothing happens, and i try to pair it but it keeping giving that green light without connecnting

I saw that so many people have been experiencing the same problem, but didn't see any solution

I'm on WIN 7 Home Premium x64

Same thing happened on Windows 7 Ultimate x32

Please download the Pairing utility by clicking on the link below:

Just follow the installation wizard in downloading the Software.
