Hi there Support Team, I was wondering if I can get a replacement for both my earpiece since the leather is just flacking off everywhere. I would also like to suggest that these earpice should come in like a fabric style instead of leather that way it will feel soft and more comfortable. Well please email me if you guys read this. I cannot get my PID/SN of my headset since it faded out or remember what email i registered it with

For warranty claims or replacements, please contact the Logitech Support Team of your region (refer here). If you can't get the PID or S/N of the headset, have a valid proof of purchase ready instead when contacting Customer Support.

if you know where the PID is located (left side end of the headset bracket). it may appear to be worn off, but i just discovered that if you hold it under a light, or use a flashlight on it, it will light right up. mine was not visible at all under normal light conditions.
