How to set G930 + 2nd Headset to playback same audio?

I have the following setup:

Azuntech Prelude Soundcard

Sennheiser HD 650

G930

I want to be able to listen to music on spotify through one pair, and let my friend listen through the other headset at the same time.

Hello LaetusPax,

Your computer can only output to one default playback device at a time. This is a limitation of the operating system. There may be some third party software available which will allow you to do this.
