jgt1942 - thank you for your help. I am sorry to tell you that none of your tips worked for me. I even tried every USB port on my computer. I also tried to shut down every other startup program and then, after rebooting, to install the LG-software in order to prevent other programs from influencing the installation etc.. Now I get the message to unplug the USB connection and try it again. I'm clueless as to what to do now. Well, at least the sound is coming from both sides now and that's great!
Maybe the software works again after the next update. We'll see.
I'm sorry though, that I can't help you with your problem. Were you able to fix the issue?.

popc02n The older drivers work just great so I'll wait for a new release of the LGS. In that the older drivers work for me I'm not in a rush. I think it is time for you to call support and see if they will send you a new headset.
I now have three G930 headsets, the one on my desktop is running the older drivers, the one on my laptop is running the LGS drivers and the one on my 90 year old mother's system is running the LGS drivers. I've not tested the mic on these systems (laptop and Mom's system) but will soon do so. The LGS intermittent poweroff does occur on these system but does not present a usage issue for me or currently it does not present an issue.

funny thing about the G930 not a single moderator/dev will actually admit there is a problem with the software and tbh we as customers didnt spend 120 € on a product to end up with the crackling sound of a 5€ piece of **bleep** headphones bought in a minimart

I downloaded LGS today for my G19 and it works fine, but my G35 headset got messed up a little bit.
The Configure G35 software deleted itself for no reason, im not sure why that happened but i would rather to use it over LGS as its faster and have better control for G keys. And downloading softwares from the G35 page only downloads LGS without the Configure G35.
It also changed my G keys that i used to change tracks and pause/unpause, i changed them back but they only work when im looking at my media player, so if im gaming it wont work which is why i use it in the first place.
So could anyone give me a link download the the Configure G35 software please ?

@Feeed
Please click on this link for some instructions to make LGS and the old G35/G930 software work together.
Feel free to bump that thread if you can.
Greetings,
Melvin.

I've had my G930 headset for a while now, but I just recently started using this new Logitech Gaming Software thing. I used to be able to use my g-keys to control iTunes within a game, but with the new software, I can't. Frankly, that's sort of a deal-breaker for me. As much as I like the software (I really like being able to set up my own key macros for skype), I'm thinking about going back to the original software.
Is there any way that I can coerce the LGS to control iTunes, even from inside a game? I know that other people are having these same problems, but I haven't seen any solutions for this particular issue.
thanks,
gK

THe sound in the LGS series of drivers is MUCH worse than the sound when using the older drivers. Is anyone at Logitech reading this? Is anyone going to give us the exeperience we want for the price we paid? Every new release of this driver has degraded the quality of this headset. What the HELL is going on at Logitech?
CAN ANYONE FROM LOGITECH ANSWER US?
I am thinking of jumping ship to the Corsair Vengeance 1500 as I hear they are amazing and don't suffer from the myrad of problems that the G930 does. I am so upset and DONE with Logitech. My G930 experience has me never want to buy another Logitech product in my life.

Can someone from Logitech give us any idea on when the next LGS is going to be released. There are obviously based on forum posts alot of issues that need to be corrected.
I don't think it is too much to ask to get at least a guess of an ETA on when the drivers/software would be available.
