Seriously still no update? What is wrong with Logitech lately. Between their headset software and the harmon link software problems ...
I think Logitech needs some new ... or maybe just more software developers. Logitech there ar e100's of out of work software people that would love a job! Hire some people!
I work at a larg law firm ... and Logitech recently bought Lifesize video conferencing systems. So I know you can afford it

I have to say that I'm less than impressed. The 8.20 software does.... nothing. It runs as a process in my system and has absolutely no functionality. After several reinstalls, installs as admin, runs as admin, and general handwringing, I'm rolling back to 8.12. 8.12 seems to open and detect my headset, at least.

Good Morning, folks. I am sure you guys have all known about the LGS runtime crash for some time. I just had my first run in with it. It happened when I plugged in my SWToR Razer keyboard. I have since realized that this is the cause, but more importantly, I believe it is the touch screen that is incorporated into this keyboard. I use my G930's for vent and such, and I have been told by the folks on the other end that my mic has been....choppy. I decided to do a test. I unplugged the keboard, loaded up the LGS and talked. I was told the mic was much clearer now.
So, long story short, is there any way that I could fix the sound of the headset while the keyboard is plugged in, assuming that crashes the LGS?

System requirements
- Windows® XP, Windows Vista® or Windows® 7
- Intel® Pentium® 4 processor or equivalent
- USB port
- CD-ROM drive
- 7.1 surround sound and G-key programming require software installation.
As you can see, you need Windows XP or higher to run it.
You should really check system requirements of everything you buy, be it hardware or software.

I just bought a G35 headset today and it took me a lot of frustrating hours to finally give up on LGS 8.20 and 8.30. They both don't work. After installation, I cannot bring up the control panel of the software and LCore.exe consumes 25% of the CPU power continously. It locks at 25% for hours on end.
Then I read somewhere that LGS 8.12 was the last working version for someone. After a google search, I found it, installed it and it is working!! I get the control panel for both the G35 headset and my old G15 keyboard. LGS 8.20 and 8.30 simply don't work.
