Hello,
Sometimes, when plugging my Logitech USB ClearChat Comfort headset into the USB port, my Toshiba Satellite A665-S6050 laptop will not recognize that the device has been plugged in. I will go to the list of playback devices and not see the USB headset listed (the same holds true for recording devices). Uninstalling the device from the Device Manager and reinstalling the headset fixes the problem, but is there a better solution?

Hello cooopercrisp,
What version of Windows are you running? What happens if you try a different USB port?
Kind Regards,

I plugged a new H330 headset into the USB port of my laptop PC that runs Windows 7, and it is not recognized. Nothing happens. Please advise. Thank you.
