Bought this headset months ago and I didn't save the receipt or packaging, just today the sound stopped working in the left side. The right side of the headset works and the microphone works as well. I don't know how to identify it
looks like that;
Is there any way I could get a replacement?

A Logitech USB headset usually comes with a two year limited hardware warranty. Call the Logitech Support Team of your region and provide the M/N, P/N and PID of the headset so they can check the warranty of the device and process a replacement. These numbers are usually either on a sticker on the headband or etched on the USB connector of the headset.
