My G35's were delivered to me February 2010 and I've been using them near enough every day for 5+ hours a day, mine are just starting to wear, a small penny-sized patch on the left side. I'm worried it's only going to get worse, replacement pads would be great.

Same here.. I hate that pads. Whole ears covered by black flakes...

I have the same problem with my logitech g35 headset,
I live in malta and they were ordered by a shop here from the uk,
There is no logitech outlet in malta,
Is there any possible way of getting help from Logitech uk?

Worn headphones can be repaired using a velvet ribbon and a glue. I have an instructional video on that. Just search google for "how to repair worn headphone ear pads". Below is the link
