Re: Logitech G35 Headphone ear pads worn

My Quick Fix for logitech G35's:

I did this because it was more comfortable than the Faux leather. Its a precision job so do it at your own risk.....because the fabric that holds the earcup to the headphone looks really brittle and mine are brand spanking new... not more than 2 months old. I suggest you take your sweet time trying to do it.

But what I did is took out the ear cups, then inverted the ear cups and put the right ear cup on the left speaker and the left ear cup on the right...

Hey could you G35 owners please tell me if when you listen to this video if the rear left sounds like it's coming out of the rear right? Or if the left side audio seems to be quieter or something?

same thing here. I spent over$120 on these things, they work great but now look, and starting to feel horrible due to the pads.

- You buy a 100 Euro+ Headset

- Ear pads are made from such a poor material that the wear in a short time

- There is no replacement part

- Instead of just replacing the ear pads for a few Euro, Logitech replaces the whole headset - if you are lucky and your hedaset is still covered by their warranty.

- If it is not covered, you have to buy a new one despite the fact that it still works perfectly.

PLEASE LOGITECH -> How stupid is that?

This is not only a waste of money but also of resources and energy and harms our environment because of electronic waste that is produced without a need.

I will never buy any computer accessory from Logitech again - thats for sure.

No money for Logitech, but 10 Euro for MadCatz - apparently the Tritton AX Pro ear pads fit on the G35

Re: Logitech G35 Headphone ear pads worn

Yes, they do. They come in foam and faux leather, too :smileytongue:. Foam ones sound very different to the leather ones, much less sound isolation, easier to hear your own voice etc. Might be worth considering if you like that kind of thing?
