Logitech G35 Headset USB problem...

I have a problem with my Headset, when i connecting it to my pc, my pc gives my a message, which says: unknown USB device. It won't work anymore, and it is a bit frustrating... hope any of you in here will help me :smileyhappy:

Hello Mattemolin,

 

If possible, please try your G35 on a different computer. This will determine is the issue is with the headset. You may want to contact Logitech Customer Care for your region for assistance.
