The second month after purchase. Valid warranty or not?

This happend to my headset aswell, would really like to know whether the warrenty cover this.

I have the same cracks to.

Also on mic side,  I have crack running from the lower right hand screw to the left hand screw on the outside rather than the inside of the casing.

Model 911 so quite an early version

Mine are about a half a year old and they have done the same thing. But on mine it's the plastic part on the other side that the screws screw into. If mine doesn't have any warranty I would like to know if we can buy this part? Right now I have black electrical tape keeping it together. Seems to be doing a good job right now. :-)

This has also happened to mine on both sides but it is a bit worse than the picture in the OP, a bit of the plastic in the centre has broken off in each side.  So far the headset is still holding together but I wonder for how long it will last?

Many cases. This defective goods. We are entitled to warranty.

I got exactly the same problem as urs, since alot users got the same issue, there is obviously a bad design of this headset. We should be entitled to warranty. I took photos of mine and compare with urs, bingo, this section of the headset is WEAK!
