Hi
I was putting on my headset this morning and the left side snapped. There is a small panel with four screws that holds it in place and the plastic has split leaving the cup hanging loose. Do you have any replacement parts for these - I would just need the small panel and the two plastic inserts that give it a bit of movement?
I see there is a post below about it but no reply so this is a kind of a new one and a bump...
Thanks

Sorry to hear the troubles, but this is a known issue, the G35's and G930's have the same issue. If your unit is under warranty they will replace it.
As far as I can tell there are no replacement parts for this.

I have called customer service to file a warranty claim on my g35 headset, 35 minutes no answer. Perhaps I need to find a new vendor....
