I've owned my G35 for about 4-5 weeks and they've been amazing until tonight. I started up my PC and began listening to music and immediately noticed the noticeable difference in sound coming from the left side, upon further investigation I realized it wasn't sound loudness but that there was a lack of bass coming from the left side at all. If I rest my hands over both speakers I can feel the vibration from the right side but nothing from the left..
I've tried playing with all of the windows settings relating to speakers, I've re-installed drivers, old and new, I've tried 32bit as well as 64bit drivers, from what I can tell this is purely a hardware issue, at this point I'm very frustrated, these are brand new and I don't abuse them, does anyone have a similar experience or any idea what it could be?

Hi Jettic,
If you've tried unplugging and replugging in the headset, and multiple audio/video files. It does sound like a hardware issue.
Contacting customer support in your region would be your best option.

Well I stopped using them for a few days and tonight they appear to be working great as usual, the left speaker is as loud as it shoud be, bass intact. Seems whatever the problem was it's gone now, thank you for the quick response and support.

Same problem and it's really fustrating because my iTunes songs work perferctly but if I were to watch any type of video on the internet such as a tumblr, facebook, youtube, or gaming stream the right ear overpowers the left and it;s about double the volume up the only way that could fix it is adjusting the right ear level to 35 and the left to 100, but then if I wanted to change back to iTunes, I'd have to readjust it. I regularly use Goggle Chrome and all of a sudden it started to happen last night, but I realized it worked on Internet Explorer and Firefox so I uninstalled Chrome and used Firefox, but I woke up today and all of a sudden it started happening on Firefox too.
Edit- I've narrowed it down to having something to do with the new Adobe Flash Plaer 11.3.300.265. Itstarted working again for about 40 minutes and all of a sudden during a Youtube video, it state the Adobe plugin had crashed and when I reloaded the page, it made the left ear louder again
