Hi guys how is everyone doing? I have  Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, and a pair of these headsets.

when i first installed them, the surround sound and everything was working fine till one day i turned it on

and it didnt work, could this be some kind of driver issue or software malfunction? Also i have one more

problem the orange blinking light never goes soild green i sure hope i don't have a defective headset

i am of need of a headset so bad my other one went out and it **bleep** playing battlefield 3 without audio
My sound card is a Soundblaster X-FI Fata1ty PCI-express card. Hmmm i have done it all searched

google went everywhere and i am not having anyluck please dont tell me i have a faulty headset :'(

same problem with me, i dont think its on our end

You have to select from playback devices which one will be the default, switch it back and forth between the headset and speakers, as needed.

I have all that setup fine  the microphone and headset works its just these problems.
both are on "default device"  tried everything still not going anywhere seems like...

I also get an issue where my surround doesn't work at all, and it forces itself into stereo mode. I have to turn off the headset, turn it back on and hope the surround is fixed.
