Well I bought These form newegg last year. Well, the problems is now they won't charge unless I manually hold or push the mini usb into the headset in a certain position. This of course gets rid of the charge and play function let alone the fact I'm not willing to spend 2 hours holding the plug until they are fully charged. I am in Colombia and have not found a way to have them checked here by logitech support. I had them shipped from the USA. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Im getting a simular issue with regards to a dodgy port from having to constantly plug in and out  the USB dongle to get around the constant disconnect issue.
