Hey,
I recently bought the Logitech USB Mic, because most reviews were positive.
I plugged it into my Windows 7 PC and it seemed to work fine. (I checked it with my Windows Sound Recorder)
I have run into problems with other programs, such as Skype, where I had people complain I was too quiet. I checked the settings, and they were all on maximum mic volume.
In Adobe Audition I recorded myself talking and the mic seems to have a really short/weak proximity.
Is there anyway to fix this? A driver or perhaps something Im overlooking?

Hi DarenDark,
Please try plugging the headset into a different USB port. If the issue persists please follow the steps below to update the drivers:
- Control Panel > System and Security > System > Device Manager (left-hand side)
- Underneath Universal Serial Bus Controllers (or Sound, Video, and Game Controllers), find the audio device and right-click selecting update drivers.
- Choose search automatically. If no update has been found, please repeat the steps above except choose browse my computer instead of search automatically.
- Select the let me pick option, and update the drivers to generic USB audio device
Hopefully this will help you out!
Best regards,
