I recently bought a USB Microphone - I am uncertain of the model, as it isn't actually listed anywhere - and it worked fine up until I ran a game through the Steam game client. I tried to use it in-game, but it didn't transmit sound. I then exited the game and tried to test it with the WIndows 7 Sound Recorder, with which it had worked the previous day, and found that it didn't work. I'd appreciate any insight as to the cause of and solution to this problem.
