Hi, I just recently bought this microphone new and when I plug it into my computer it says its a "UNKNOWN DEVICE", i tried all my ports it and still doesnt detect it. Restarted my computer and plugged it into every port so no good. Can anyone help please? My computer specs are:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500k CPU @ 3.30Ghz

8192MB RAM

AMD Radeon HD 6970

Hello olon,

Based on the information provided, it seems as though your mic is defective.  If you are able to, please test your mic on a different computer.  If your problem persists, I would recommend contacting Customer Care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.
