Hello i purchased theses logitech g930 and im really regretting my choice Theses headsets work my broken laptop but with a weird crackling/popping/distortion Not liking that at ALL so i then on tryed them on my working pc and it wouldnt work at all
device manager says this

and when i press update driver it will Not work even when i install the software from the website i now 100% i tryed the 50 drivers and the 35 nothing fixed i tryed to delete from registry delete from device manager unistall reinstall delete from the directory Nothing has work!!! yet my mouse works even when on wireless mode but i thought using my mouse wireless would cause issues so im now using it WIRED ONLY but still nothing this unacceptable that i spent 100 dollars on somthing not working for me if i cant get theses to work i wont ever be buying from this brand again if they cant help with this!

In order to assist you better, could you please let me know which Operating System you currently have on both computers? Which Logitech Gaming Software version you have currently installed? Please make sure you are not plug-in your G930 Headset to a 3.0 USB port but to a 2.0 USB port.

I am having the same problems as stated above from the other user. I have mine plugged into a 2.0 USB port. With a Windows 8 OS. 64 bit processor. I have downloaded the drivers from your webiste and tried it. Did not work still. I have restarted my computer, uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled and I am still having problems with it. I have spent a lot of money on this, and I am not satisfied
