Greetings,
I have a little giant problem. I bought a wireless H760 headset from the store earlier today and it's completely broken oO
It does not want to charge, when I plug it in with the USB cable, my computer doesn't detect it, or it doesn't make the noise it usually makes when you plug an USB thing in anyway. On the headphones the battery light turns green for about a second and then turns off and does absolutely nothing. Using different USB ports didn't work, nor did it work on two other PCs i tested it on. So the battery is pretty much completely dead by now and there is no way to recharge it.
The quality is **bleep**, and I truely hope this is also an error and not how it's supposed to be because it's incredibly annoying that whenever you listen to music it sounds like there's a cut in the speakers (Not the case of course but that's how it sounds).
And then lastly, which isn't such a very big deal, when the USB stick for the headset is plugged into any computer and the headset is not turned on, all wifi just completely dies. My laptop refuses to detect any connections and so does my iPod, when the USB stick is removed or the headset is turned on, the wifi works perfectly again.
Soo basically any information or suggestions on what to do is very welcome until the store opens and I can ask em if they can take my stuff back. I also have a few more questions.
Does anyone that has the same model of headset I have have the issue that the sound quality is **bleep**ty when playing certain things?
And if I go to the store with my headset (if they want to take it back that is) do I need the plastic **bleep** where the headset was covered in? because that is pretty much completely destroyed by now seeing as how the packages are insanely annoying to open oO
Thanks for your time
