Well, I got this shipped to me from Logitech about a month ago after my first headset broke and until now they have worked great but all of the sudden they have no sound at all, it's connected (atleast it shows that), and says it's all fine in the sound settings. It won't even beep anymore when connected though, does anybody know what's wrong?

Hi Adamh877,

What operating system does your computer have? If it's Windows Vista or 7 can you please try right clicking on the headset in Sounds from the Control Panel, and then click Test to see if anything is played. Also would it be possible to test the headset on a second computer for the same problem? That would narrow it down to hardware or system related.

I was having this same problem the headset IS paired yet no sound and mic not working... Switch to Bluetooth on my phone instead of the wireless on PC pairs up fine and same thing not working at all there either. I then tested this on another machine and worked OK for some reason. Uninstalling the drivers an reinstalling worked to correct the issue on my PC and somehow with it working for Bluetooth on my phone as well.... It makes absolutely no sense why a PC issue would lock up the headset in any way to not work with the hone but it does. All in all this is the most problematic piece of equipment I've ever used but hope this fixes your issue.
