Odd Audio Reverb/tapping/effect on g930

Hi, I recently got  the G930 headset, I'm rather liking it but I'm finding I'm ocassioanly hearing an odd effect on certain noises.

Some audio (or in some cases, speech) is followed or accented by a strange reverb or almost electric tapping or sometimes crackling sort of sound.  Its fairly quiet but enough to be annoying.

I cant think of a very realiable way to make it crop up, but seems to be (or at least noticable) on shoter, queiter sounds. It seems to happen regardless if the headset is plugged in or not,  It also seems to happen wether or not the mic is muted. I also have the sidetone set to 0.

Hello Oxyclean,

If the issue still happens even if the headset is not connected, then it can be a hardware issue. Contact our support helpdesk for a possible replacement. Click the link below to know the support number depending on your region.
